At NeoMall, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a refund.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will be considered in the following cases:
- You received a non-working eSIM and have already contacted support.
- The eSIM could not be installed or activated due to a verified technical issue (not caused by an incompatible device).
- You made a duplicate purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not issue refunds if:
- The device is not compatible with eSIM or is carrier-locked.
- The QR code was successfully delivered and scanned.
- Data consumption began after successful activation.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.
- Include your order number and describe the issue clearly.
- Provide screenshots or diagnostic results if necessary.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
5. Partial Refunds
If partial use of the eSIM has occurred, only a pro-rated amount may be refunded.
